My coaching is grounded in mindfulness, presence, and somatic practices, guiding clients to gain clarity, see new perspectives, and navigate life transitions with more clarity and purpose.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported hundreds of students, leaders, professionals, and educators, helping them gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I’ve guided them in overcoming challenges and finding new perspectives.

I’m a certified Integral Coach (ACC) with Integral Coaching Canada and earned a certificate in Hakomi Somatic Coaching. I also hold a Doctorate in Education from the University of Denver and a Master of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology. I’m a minister, dedicated mindfulness practitioner, and yoga teacher, which deeply influences how I see the world and support others.

My coaching journey started as a search for something deeper. After 14 fulfilling years serving an organization that I loved, I felt the need to make a different kind of impact and serve in a new way. I moved from Colorado to California to be closer to family, which felt right personally, but I struggled to find work that matched my passions.

In the middle of all that transition, I turned to an integral coach for guidance and clarity. That six-month journey helped me uncover deep-seated patterns and beliefs that had been holding me back from the work I truly wanted to pursue. It was a career-changing experience.

I’m known for seeing what others may not see in themselves, offering a supportive space where they can reconnect with who they truly are and make changes that last.

It’s such an honor to walk alongside people as they step into a new way of being that’s more aligned, fulfilling, and true to who they are.
